Salomon Oren
Engineer, Co-Founder & CEO
With over 27 years of experience in the field of non-ionizing radiation, Oren Salomon is a certified radiation inspector by Israel’s Ministry of Environmental Protection (since 2002), and a recognized expert in radiation testing, exposure forecasting, and advanced mitigation solutions. He has served as an official examiner for the certification of radiation inspectors and has led diverse projects both in Israel and internationally.
In 2022, Oren co-founded NS Advanced Solutions, a company specializing in electromagnetic consulting and active shielding technologies, offering cutting-edge solutions for complex radiation challenges.
Ilanit Siton
Contracts, Procurement, and Administration Manager
Ilanit joined the NS Advanced Solutions and Dagesh Measurements Engineering & Consulting Group in 2020, bringing with her extensive experience in operational and administrative management. She holds a BA in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and has a proven track record in streamlining workflows and managing offices across various industries.
In her role, Ilanit is responsible for overseeing contracts and procurement, managing accounting operations, and maintaining an organized and efficient administrative environment across the group.
Ilanit is known for her precision, accountability, and high level of service. She is characterized by her professionalism, integrity, and consistent ability to manage structured and efficient work processes – all while meeting deadlines and providing responsive support to all relevant stakeholders.
Yehonadav Marom
Radiation Inspector & EMF Consultant
Yehonadav joined Dagesh Measurements Engineering & Consulting Ltd. in 2004, a sister company of NS Advanced Solutions, and brings over 20 years of experience as a certified radiation inspector and EMF consultant. He has conducted tens of thousands of radiation assessments for infrastructure, telecom, and energy projects across Israel.
His extensive fieldwork includes EMF testing in schools, factories, offices, residential buildings, and power generation facilities, always ensuring compliance with strict safety standards and providing tailored solutions to a wide range of clients.
In 2023, Yehonadav relocated to Canada, where he now leads the company’s North American branch, offering advanced radiation solutions to clients in Canada, California, and Europe.
Engineer Michel Biniashvili
Radiation Consultant and Head of Electrical Field (ELF)
Michel joined the company in 2007 and founded its Electrical Infrastructure Division. He is a certified inspector in both ELF and RF radiation, and formerly served as an official examiner for the Inspector Certification Board at Israel’s Ministry of Environmental Protection.
Michel is a highly experienced radiation consultant, specializing in the development of advanced modeling tools for predicting magnetic fields generated by power infrastructure. His portfolio includes major national projects such as railway electrification, substations, and power generation facilities.
He brings deep expertise in analyzing and mitigating magnetic field exposure in residential, commercial, and industrial environments, including the development of custom forecasting tools and proprietary analytical software for complex EMF calculations.
At NS Advanced Solutions, Michel leads the company’s Research & Development Division, focusing on innovative solutions for active magnetic shielding systems in infrastructure projects.
